F.A.Q.

To help you choose the best size, you’ll find the following information on every product page:

  1. A link to a ‘size guide’ to help you convert international sizes, as well as product measurements and a guide to using these.

If you need more help, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit – simply email customercare@modnic.mu for advice.

Orders

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at +230 59434891 from Monday to Saturday between 9.30 AM – 6 PM. You may also send an email on customercare@modnic.mu.
Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

After placing an order, you can view your order status by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top-right corner of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order with ease.

This may simply be due to a time lag between systems. Your order will be on its way in the time-frame promised. If however you would still like to check with us, please feel free to email us at customercare@modnic.mu or call us at +230 59434891 from Monday to Saturday between 9.30 AM – 6 PM.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct post office address when placing your order.

Returns

It is our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible.

Returns within 7 working days of the package having been delivered to the designated post office will be accepted only under the circumstances listed below. No other requests will be entertained aside from those mentioned below:

1) Size mis-match
2) Wrong product received
3) Damaged product received

  1. The tags on the product should be intact.
  2. The product should be unworn, unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
  3. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

Step 1

You need to inform us by email at customercare@modnic.mu within 7 working days of the parcel having been delivered at your designated post office, stating the reason for the return and with your order number as the subject line. If. If we are not informed within 7 working days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.

Step 2

Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return.

Step 3

Please seal the package properly and courier it to us at:

Please ensure the package is properly sealed at that point as safe delivery is your responsibility.

Step 4

Please email us to inform us that you are sending the package back to us, with your order number as the subject line.

Step 5

Once we receive the product it will take 2-3 working days for us to do a quality check and then we will get in touch with you by email. You can either choose to have the money refunded or take store credits. If you choose a refund, the money will be returned to you within 1 month from reception of the product at Modnic.

Exchanges

We offer only size exchanges for our products. If you inform us of the size exchange email to customercare@modnic.mu within 7 workings days from the order having been delivered to your designated post office, we will verify whether your requested size in stock and if so, ask you to self-ship the product to us. We will deliver the new size to you within 10-15 working days upon receipt of the original product. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. If your requested size is not in stock, we will issue store credits which you may use to place a fresh order of your choice.

 

In case you want to exchange a product for an entirely different product, we will issue store credits that you may use to place a fresh order of your choice.

You will be given a voucher code representing the amount of store credits you have and you can use this when placing a fresh order.

All returns will be accepted against the original order only once

Shipping

Modnic.com will deliver the goods ordered to your selected post office at the time of placing the order. This is done through The Mauritius Post Ltd.

Shipping is free for all orders in Mauritius. No minimum order is required.

We endeavor to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, however due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to 7 working days. You will be intimated via email upon dispatch of the order. In case of delay, you will be informed of the same by the Customer Care team.

For urgent requests please get in touch with our customer service on customercare@modnic.mu and we will try to help as best as we can.

Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-5 working days for delivery to your closest post office.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick up at the post office.

Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays for which Navos Lifestyle Ltd is not liable.

The Post Office will keep your parcel for a maximum of 10 days from the day the order has reached.

Payments

Online payment via credit or debit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Please note that if you have received a notification that payment is gone through successfully but your order status shows a payment error, please email us on customercare@modnic.mu and we will get in touch with you within 24-48 working hours.

Please select your preferred post office for collection and pay directly to the cashier. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection at your preferred post office.

My Account

You can register by clicking on the SIGN IN pop up window that appears on the homepage on our site. After which, you will get regular updates and can avail of all the services offered at www.modnic.mu

Login to your account and select the Unsubscribe feature. You can also click the Unsubscribe tab present in our newsletters.

Select Forgot Password while logging in and the system will send you a link using which you can reset your password.

Once an email address has been registered with us, it cannot be deleted. But you can email us the ID that you used for registering on www.modnic.mu and your new email address, and we will change the email address for your account.

Yes, you need an account to place an order. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account or login as a guest, which is a fairly easy process.
